Our Mission

The Department comprises two branches: Employment & Case Management. The overall mission of both streams is to assist and ultimately equip New Americans with the necessary tools to achieve financial and economic independence.

Employment Services

Help refugees and immigrants, based on their career goals, identify matching job opportunities, and secure and maintain long-term employment.

Case Management

Our Legacy of Support

It was the primary program started when RISE was known as the Somali Bantu Association of Syracuse, New York and continues to be even today. On a typical day RISE bridging case managers serve approximately 20 people.
