RISE’s leadership combines lived experience, professional expertise, and a commitment to the communities we serve. Our executive team guides the organization’s direction, supports staff, and builds the partnerships and resources needed to put our mission into practice.
Haji leads RISE’s vision, strategy, and community partnerships. As a former refugee and co-founder, he brings a personal understanding of the newcomer experience and a commitment to helping refugees and immigrants achieve economic independence. His leadership centers on community voice, cultural identity, and opportunities for people to shape their own futures.
Euphemia oversees RISE’s programs and supports the teams responsible for delivering services. She strengthens coordination across program areas and helps translate the organization’s mission into responsive, community-centered support. Her work helps staff connect individuals and families with services that reflect their needs and goals.
Soboor leads RISE’s financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting. He supports responsible stewardship of organizational resources and the financial planning needed to sustain our work. His role helps connect RISE’s program priorities with sound financial operations and accountability.
